Our Story

Why Evolutions?

For decades, this practice served Ogden as Ronald L. Haws & Co., CPA — tax returns, clean books, and straight answers. Over time, clients began asking for more: What is my company actually worth? Can you support my attorney in this dispute? Can you sit in the CFO seat one day a week?

The firm grew into those questions. The new name reflects what the practice has become: a financial partner for every stage of a business's evolution — formation, growth, transition, and the disputes that sometimes come with all three.

What hasn't changed: every engagement is led personally by Ron Haws, CPA. No hand-offs, no juniors learning on your dime.
